I'm passionate about helping adults who feel overwhelmed take time to focus on themselves and improve their relationships with their loved ones. I offer a safe, confidential place to be heard and gain insight into your past and present experience, so we can see where healing and support is needed.
With convenient online scheduling, I hope to empower you to access growth and understanding with ease. I do this using two primary modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
